Training and Enablement: Clearly defined training and enablement helps teams to develop the skills, knowledge, and mindset to progress towards the vision. In my team we have sufficient training and support on how to work together...

Problem statement:

• There are a lot of avenues for training but we are busy with a lot of work but we do not have time. We have patches and major releases but we do not have the time to utilize the materials for self improvement. This team needs technical and nontechnical training(agile/mgt). We have lost track on the mindset on a structured approach on training and problem solving.
