1) Proposed title of this feature request:

** - Custom Openshift routes for TektonHub using Openshift pipelines.

2) What is the nature and description of the request?
    - We would like to have custom routes along with certs, instead of default routes created by Tektonhub CR.

3) Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
-     We have Tektonhub application without an operator-based approach (managing deployments and other yamls). Since this feature is already available from 4.11, we 
would like to use this feature and also it is operator based bundled with openshift pipelines.

4) How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
-  Custom hostname for routes (along with certs option), If possible enable passthrough termination for UI (TektonHub).
