      Description of problem:

Running RHTAP e2e's out of https://github.com/redhat-appstudio/infra-deployments/pull/1847 after fixing some unrelated issues in the test run https://prow.ci.openshift.org/view/gs/origin-ci-test/pr-logs/pull/redhat-appstudio_infra-deployments/1847/pull-ci-redhat-appstudio-infra-deployments-main-appstudio-e2e-tests/1662050804057509888 that test failure in https://github.com/redhat-appstudio/e2e-tests/blob/main/tests/mvp-demo/mvp-demo.go was caused by the SIGSEGV reported in https://gcsweb-ci.apps.ci.l2s4.p1.openshiftapps.com/gcs/origin-ci-test/pr-logs/pull/redhat-appstudio_infra-deployments/1847/pull-ci-redhat-appstudio-infra-deployments-main-appstudio-e2e-tests/1662050804057509888/artifacts/appstudio-e2e-tests/redhat-appstudio-hypershift-gather/artifacts/pods/pipelines-as-code_pipelines-as-code-controller-5d8d47696b-78s54_pac-controller_previous.log

      Steps to Reproduce

       # set up RHTAP and run the e2e's

      1. I set up a slack thread https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C02FTKEMBU1/p1685111027677329 with RHTAP QE to see if they can help produce a local reproducer from the test

      Also see https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/CG5GV6CJD/p1685108707222059 for discussion
