Pipeline project used to release a git-init image which was getting used in git clustertask. This image has been removed in 0.47.x releases (1.11.0) along with removal of git pipelieresource.

we need to find an alternative for git-init image that we can ship in git-clone clustertask either an existing image or preapre a new dockerfile.
