Triggers not working after cluster upgrade

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

• Install Openshift Pipelines 1.10.0 on 4.11
• Upgrade the cluster to 4.12
• Run metrics test

Actual results:

The metrics feature is not working

Expected results:

Metrics feature should work properly

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Not sure as I ran this test only once
