When something updates/patch a PipelineRun or a TaskRun, we are loosing some data (status.taskRuns for PipelineRun).
This then breaks the devconsole UI as it can depend on those fields.

This is what is happening to all PipelineRun handled through pipelines-as-code

Note: this "could" affect 1.9.x in some other cases, hence adding 1.9.3 as a target as this will get backported in 0.41.x upstream
