Pipelines as Code, Split Logging By Namespace

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The customer is testing PAC, and they have 1000s of namespaces, and they are looking to split the logs from the Pipelines As Code Controller Logs so they can forward said logs to teams.

a. Not all the Error Logs get sent back to the GitHub APP for App Teams to see.
b. The error logs within the controller don't list the target namespace, some success conditions tho.

For (a) if the controller can be updated so all the log entries include the OpenShift Namespace, they can forward those logs to the respective teams.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Teams cannot debug their PAC Pipelines, since the Errors don't list what namespace the error log refers to.
