Description of problem:
Pruner job not getting updated if we add operator.tekton.dev/prune.skip=true annotation to namespace
Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Install the latest build of Openshift Pipelines 1.9.1
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new namespace
- Annotate the namespace with value operator.tekton.dev/prune.skip=true
- Update the config of pruner in tektoncon config CR
- Check the cronjob which is in openshift-pipelines namespace
Actual results:
Pruner cronjob is not getting updated
Expected results:
Pruner cronjob should get updated
