[Hub] Filter by category is not working after adding a new category in hub CR

Description of problem:

[Hub] Filter by category is not working after adding a new category in hub CR

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install the latest build of Openshift Pipelines 1.9.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a hub custom resource with a few categories
2. After creating the hub CR, add a new category by editing the CR
3. In the hub UI filter the tasks by selecting the newly added category

Actual results:

The hub UI shows No Resources Found

Expected results:

The hub UI should show all the tasks related to the selected category

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Always
