Description of problem:

Log snippet is not shown in PR when a task fails

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install Openshift Pipelines 1.9.0 operator build

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure PAC using github app
2. Create a repo and create a pull request
3. Set error-detection-from-container-logs and error-detection-from-container-logs to true
4. Make sure that the pipeinerun related to pac fails 

Actual results:

Log snippet is not shown in PR

Expected results:

Log snippet should be shown in the PR
