      Triggers do not work after the upgrade of the operator from 1.5.2 to 1.6.3

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install Openshift Pipelines 1.5.2
      2. Create aiepline and triggger resources and make sure that pipelinerun gets created for the event
      3. Upgrade the operator to 1.6.3
      4. Test if still the pipelinerun gets created for the events

      Expected behavior:

      Pipelinerun should get created after the EL gets the event

      Actual behaviour:

      Pipelinerun is not getting created after the EL gets the event
