Pipeline runs without warnings and errors

Actual behavior

Under unknown conditions, following event appears when executing a pipeline

1 error occurred: * invalid list of done tasks; some tasks were indicated completed without ancestors being done: [provision-cluster]

Notes

As this might be related to pruner, this is our configuration

pruner:
    keep-since: 14400
    resources:
    - pipelinerun
    - taskrun
    schedule: 56 9 * * *

I noticed the error at 7:53 (22 hours after last pruner run, 2 hours before next pruner run)
