Goal

As an admin, I can provide my database which is supposed to be used by Tekton Hub instead of the default database

Solution discussed

• Configurations through Hub CR by
  • Creating a secret in openshift-pipelines namespace with the following keys
    • Host
    • Port
    • Username
    • Password
    • Database Name
  • Modify TektonHub CR
  • Set the database secret attribute to the secret containing the admin-provided database coordinate
