    Description

      Goal

      As an admin, I want Tekton Hub to automatically refersh the catalogs on a default schedule so that the changes made to the catalogs are reflected on the Hub without requiring manual steps by the admin.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • When admin enables Tekton Hub, there is a cronjob that automatically refreshes the catalog with a sensible interval
      • Admin can change Tekton Hub configurations and adjust the refresh internal to their requirements
