* With this update, as an administrator, you can install Tekton Hub with minimal input because it has better default configuration settings. You can start running Tekton Hub and work with your teams to decide what customizations they need.
Goal
As an admin, I want to install Tekton Hub with minimal input needed from me and with sensible default configs so that I can quickly onboard using Tekton Hub before determining the customizations that I need within my teams.
Acceptance Crtieria
- When admin creates a TektonHub CR, Tekton Hub gets deployed, enabled and ready to be used with no additional inputs provided by the admin

- Hub should work without login setup
- Initial resources should be added without login and catalog refresh
