Upstream e2e tests for Hub

    Description

      As an engineer contributing to Tekton Hub, I want to be confident that the component works with my change.

      Acceptance criteria

      • A basic end-to-end test suite exists
      • Test covers at least component initialization, hello world-kind of test and uninstalation
      • Test is able to run in environment with OpenShift Pipelines operator already installed
      • Optionally, test can contain its own logic for installing Hub
