    Description

      Goal

      As a developer, I want to be able to add my Git repo for pipeline as code using the webhook mechanism, so that I can use pipeline as code when using GitHub Apps is not feasible.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • User can add repo using webhooks
      • The CLI assist the user to configure the webhooks on their Git repository
