`tkn version` not showing version of operator for a regular user

tkn version not showing version of operator for a regular user

Steps to Reproduce:

• Install the pre-stage build of the latest Openshift Pipelines 1.7 operator
• Login to cluster as regular (non-admin) user
• Run tkn version

Expected Behaviour:

`tkn version` should show version of cli, pipelines, triggers and operator

Actual Behaviour:

`tkn version` is showing version of cli, pipelines and triggers and not showing operator version
