All S2I build tasks are failing with errors

Description:

In OCP 4.11 cluster with OSP 1.6.2 installed, all the s2i build tasks are failing with lack of permission issue. 

STEP-BUILD

Error: error writing "0 0 4294967295\n" to /proc/22/uid_map: write /proc/22/uid_map: operation not permitted

Note: s2i builds are working in OCP 4.10 cluster with OSP 1.6.2.
