Creation of Event Listener is not creating event listener pod

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create a pipeline
• Add a trigger to the above created pipeline from UI

Expected Behaviour:

The Event listener with a pod should get created

Observed Behaviour:

**The Event listener is getting created but pod for the EL is not getting created
