Our users complain quite a bit about certificate handling in OpenShift Pipelines. We do some magic in the operator, like changing SSL_CERT_DIR, OpenShift service and CA bundle configmaps, etc which are not really documented much, if at all.

Our users tend to consult Tekton's or Pipelines' documentation but hit blockers due to our implementation.
