      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a task/pipeline with a param and do not specify type as string
      2. Check the task spec of task/pipeline

      Expected Behaviour:

      By default, param should get converted to type string

      Actual Behaviour:

      By default, param is not getting converted to type string
