Description
The plan is to be able to support Pipelines, GitOps, ServiceMesh and Serverless using the same OpenShift profiles/lifecycles.

The goal of this epic is to track any technical work related to being able to support this.

- Pipelines 1.7 (4.7..4.10)
- Pipelines 1.8 (4.7..4.11)
- Pipelines 1.9 (4.8..4.12)
