As a web developer every time I have an iteration in my PR i would like the ability to have a preview environment to see my changes.

• Github Checks API has the ability to add actions/buttons to the Checks tab, where we can have "Preview Env" for on demand preview. https://docs.github.com/en/rest/reference/checks#check-runs
• We maybe would like to support gitops style comment like /preview for non github apps vcs support.
• We need to figure out what does it mean build a preview environement, is it a npm task target ?
• There is many ways to build a "website" should we target a usecase, l
• Maybe get in touch with openshift-console to target their use case  and maybe convinced them to use pac to dev console?
