As a user, when looking at my pipeline metrics, canceled pipelines should not be reported as failed.

Whether we should report that canceled should be included as a separate status, or more likely ignored still needs to be determined.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Additional tag `cancelled` exits in Tekon Pipeline Metrics
