Keep pipelines logs more accessible

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Pipeline logs are not accessible from the OpenShift console, even if it's possible to keep them in an external system as Elasticsearch, it take more time and more complexity for some users

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

They think is complicated for some users/devs to configure and access the logs outside OpenShift.
