      * In {pipelines-title} 1.8, the `gcr.io` image for `gsutil` has been removed. This removal might be a breaking change for some clusters with `Pipeline` resources that depend on this image. Bug fixes and support are provided only through the end of the {pipelines-title} 1.7 lifecycle.

      Related to https://projects.engineering.redhat.com/browse/CLOUDDST-6626, we should make sure we do not reference to any external image in our releases payloads.

      As of today, we do refer to google-cloud-sdk (see https://github.com/tektoncd/operator/blob/main/cmd/openshift/operator/kodata/tekton-pipeline/0.22.0/00_tektoncd-pipeline-v0.22.0.yaml#L1668). It is used only by the deprecated PipelineResource features and we should try to
