      Bug 1915403 - OCP 4.6 docs missing on how to properly setup pipeline with git secret

      We have docs in the Developer perspective section covering some of the information specific to downstream, some easy ways our customers can use this. However there is a limitation to this which the developers must investigate. This will inform our docs.
