We have three profiles that are part of the TektonConfig CR: All, Basic and Default. It seems a bit weird to read in the docs that the `Default` profile is not the default one, but All is.
Suggestion: Rename Default to Intermediate.

Once this is implemented, docs need to be updated accordingly.
