As a user when I run my PAC pipeline to validate my PullRequest I would like to be able to see in GitHub the status of my PR with a breakdown of tasks on my Pipeline that has succeeded or failed.
I would like to be able to see a bit more info if I choose it and have a link to the full log of my pipeline.
