Expected behavior

Only new metrics data are available when I uninstall and install operator or namespace is removed and re-created. All charts show the same number of pipeline runs.

Actual behavior

UI shows also data from previous installations of operator. Notice that the chart "Pipeline Success Ratio" shows different number of pipeline runs than other three charts.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Pipelines operator and run one pipeline multiple times
2. Uninstall and install Pipelines operator
3. Run the same pipeline multiple times
4. Review "Metrics" page in Devconsole
