      Description

       

      Due to some backward-incompatible changes in the[ v0.12.0|https://github.com/tektoncd/triggers/releases/tag/v0.12.0] version of Triggers, the devconsole UI is throwing error when we try to add triggers.

       

      karthik.jk has created a story to work on the backward-incompatible changes
