Expected behavior
tkn download links in both operator description in OLM and in -> Command Line Tools point to 0.15.0 (5 links in total, one for each archtectures)

Actual behavior

1. Operator description contains links like this: https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/clients/pipeline/0.15.1/tkn-linux-amd64-0.15.0.tar.gz (notice both 0.15.1 and 0.15.0 in link)
2. -> Command Line Tools point to version 0.11.0
3. -> Command Line Tools only shows 3 links, it's missing P&Z architectures
