There are several ways to retrieve a OCP build:
1. You could launch OCP 4.7 clusters with the latest accepted build/payload (e.g.,

2. You could find and use latest Feature Candidate (FC) builds OCP 4.7 here in the following web location: https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/clients/ocp-dev-preview/ (e.g., 4.6.0-fc.1) FC build for OCP 4.7 should be available by December 7 as per an update from ART.
3. You could listen to the UMB to trigger testing on accepted OpenShift 4.7 nightly builds
ART: Message Bus (UMB) Presence - Accepted Payloads
4. You could use the nightly builds that have been through additional testing before promotion and do not require credentials for the CI registry on the public mirror.
