Description

SRVKP-443 moves the operator code base from operator-sdk to knative/pkg. This issue is to track work related to any metrics related feature that were in operator-sdk and are required for SRVKP-447 to be done, and need to be ported to our knative-basde operator.

Acceptance criteria

• What metrics the operator should provide (Install status of all components, upgrade status of all components, cluster tasks installed)
• Implement the metrics in the upstream knative code base
