Acceptance Criteria

* Rolling presentation or demo for the kiosk screen
* Printed or digital quick-reference for staff (pitch + comparison doc)
* Contact capture mechanism (QR code, digital form, or badge scanner) for follow-up
* Staff briefed on kiosk best practices (from Lenka's training)

Best Practices (from Josh/Lenka)

* 50% of KubeCon attendees are first-timers — pitch accordingly
* Always have the demo looping in the background
* Record contact details — never rely on memory
* Follow up with contacts within a week
