Data is not loading in Overview page of Pipelines

Steps to Reproduce

 Install OSP 1.15.3 on OCP 4.17

Upgrade to OSP 1.15.4

Navigate to Overview page of Pipelines

Actual results: 

Data is not loaded in the overview page of pipelines

Expected results:

Data should not be loaded in the overview page of pipelines

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): Always

Additional Note:

As we are able to reproduce this issue with already released 1.15.3 OSP build as well, marked it as low priority
