This ticket is to track the efforts spent to perform patch release of upstream chains repository and updating the components.yaml for respective branches in Operator. We have decided not to do Operator patch upstream in Operator refinement call on Feb 5th 2026. For downstream CVE fixes, merge of PR reflecting the correct component version that includes the CVE fixes are suffice.
