Description of problem:

When the defaulting configmaps has a default timeout of 2h, starting a pipelines via the CLI (e.g. tkn pipeline start or oc create) the pipeline starts with a 1h timeout.

Workaround: specify a timeout when starting the pipelinerun via the CLI
