ITS fails on Failed to fetch PR
We are trying to release a new release-service-utils image. Due to issues with http://registry.redhat.io, the on-pr build took many attempts and then the on-push build as well, but eventually it passed. Then Conforma passed, but then an integration test failed. We tried to rerun it twice but it still fails the same:
