      Before this update, PipelineRuns were not getting triggered on lightweight tags when using GitOps commands like /test or /retest. After this update, lightweight tags are correctly detected and handled, ensuring the associated PipelineRuns are triggered as expected.

Hi,

We find Konflux not starting PipelineRuns for tag pushes in one of our repos.

For example, I try deleting and re-pushing 3.23.1 tag on this commit https://github.com/stackrox/collector/commit/bdb0dc05ce8034bf254e2bd53141ccd1a472615e and don't see any new PLRs both using CLI and in UI here https://konflux-ui.apps.stone-prd-rh01.pg1f.p1.openshiftapps.com/ns/rh-acs-tenant/applications/acs-4-9/commit/bdb0dc05ce8034bf254e2bd53141ccd1a472615e/pipelineruns (https://konflux-ui.apps.stone-prd-rh01.pg1f.p1.openshiftapps.com/ns/rh-acs-tenant/applications/acs-4-9/co\[…\]4bf254e2bd53141ccd1a472615e/pipelineruns).

Previously, this worked fine.
The problem is repeatable in the same repo https://github.com/stackrox/collector. I tried reproducing it in a different one of ours, also part of the same application and with the same CEL expressions, and the PLRs for tagged builds got started there.

Can you please check what's going on?
