The Hub CLI code currently resides in the deprecated Hub repository. This work proposes migrating the Hub CLI into the Tekton CLI repository and preserving full support for all existing Hub commands by integrating with Artifact Hub as the default hub.

      Epic Goal

      • Artifact Hub should be used as the default source for all hub sub commands.
      • Existing Hub-specific flags should be retained initially but marked as deprecated.

      Supported hub sub commands
The following Hub subcommands should be implemented and supported in the Tekton CLI:

      • search
      • get
      • info
      • install
      • reinstall
      • check-upgrade
      • upgrade

      Why is this important?
