Set event-based pruning as default mechanism into Pruner for better pruning experience and to deprecate the legacy ones eventually. It would need through analysis regarding how to collate the existing job based pruner configs and map it to the Event based pruner config. Otherwise the customer might end up redoing the configuration all over.
