      Pipelines Navigation Duplicate (UI-Only)
      During the transition from static to dynamic console plugins, the OpenShift Console may temporarily display two "Pipelines" entries in the navigation. This is a UI-only issue and does not affect pipeline execution or data. The duplication will resolve once the corresponding updates to the Console and Pipelines Operator are applied. Customers using older RHOSP versions should coordinate upgrades with RHOCP to avoid a temporary disappearance of the Pipelines menu.

      Steps to Reproduce

       1. install openshift pipelines v1.20.2

      2. after sometime page will refresh and it will start showing two pipelines UI

       

       

      Actual results:

      There were two pipeline UI

      Expected results:

      There should be one pipeline UI
