As a user, I would like to fix the clusters installed with the default MTU on AWS using Local Zones, so I can make sure the services hosted on the overlay network in the parent region can be reachable by the extended zone.

      DESCRIPTION

The current steps to change the MTU from the cluster describes how to change the machine network MTU and cluster network MTU.

The goal is to create a KCS describing how to detect the problem, change the overlay MTU to 1200, and how to validate it for Local Zone nodes.

      GOAL:

      • Create a KCS describing the steps to change the MTU of existing cluster running extended Local Zone nodes to 1200

      ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

      • KCS reviewed by SPLAT Team
      • KCS reviewed by QE
      • Define the next step if it could be useful to add on the Product Documentation
