*USER STORY:*

As an OpenShift engineer, I want to have session caching and management handled by govmomi so that I don't have to copy session management code or reimplement it.

*DESCRIPTION:*

Need to investigate any attempts or requests to better handle session management in upstream govmomi. From this, determine if its best to implement session management in govmomi or in an independent library.

Also, need to investigate how to add session management/caching into govmomi from high-level technical perspective.

*Required:*

• Document outlining any relevant issues/comments from upstream govmomi project related to session management enhancement
• Document outlining how one would adding session management into govmomi or into independent library.
• Document each OpenShift project that would need to utilize session management library
• Set follow-up meeting with Fabio from OCP Storage team to go over findings.

*ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:*

• Is document describing each required item present?
• Were new cards created based on findings and assigned to relevant teams?
• Can engineer review documents and begin implementing vmware session management for OpenShift?
