As an OpenShift Engineer I want to fix AWS CI job by updateing upi-image (to pipeline) to on edge BYO VPC jobs periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.*e2e-aws-ovn-shared-vpc-edge-zones so that we can increase the signal of feature readiness.
