User Story:

As an OpenShift Engineer I want to make sure the feature CCM NLB+SG feature (Service NLB with managed SG) is exercised on CI workflow for Hypershift job with Services (Hypershift model) and ingress controllers/routers (ROSA HCP model), so that we can make sure the feature is exercised as it is used in production environments.

Note: this is a task to make sure current CI jobs are exercising the feature, if not we want to make sure we have at least workflow testing it as Self-managed is defaulting to NLB soon.

Acceptance Criteria:

• CI job showing the services load balancers NLB used in the control plane of HC (management cluster) was deployed with managed security groups without disruptions (hypershift e2e test must be required in the mgr cluster)
