User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want to test the feature CCM NLB+SG (Service NLB with managed SG) is exercised on CI Hypershift workflow on hosted cluster, so that we can ensure any new service, including default ingress controller/router is deployed without disruptions.

Note: The step hypershift-aws-run-e2e-external runs the tests in the hosted clusters. Please validate if any of the e2e scheduled exercise the tests, as well consider adding one dedicated to exercise it.

• Review if existing e2e/tests is exercising the CCM feature in the hosted cluster on CI continuously (required)
• If previous is not, create cards with required test scenarios
