As an OpenShift Engineer I want to make sure the CCM changes affects manage policy, if so, notify managed service team through an SREP[1] ticket to request permission updates in managed role policy for ControlPlane adding "ec2:RevokeSecurityGroupIngress" once upstream fix kubernetes/cloud-provider-aws/pull/1209 OCPBUGS-59299 is merged so ROSA HCP can track early permission changes.
